In November 2006 an awards evening took place at the Valiant Soldier and was attended by almost 70 players, officials and guests.  There is at present a high percentage of current players actually living in the village, with the majority of others living only a few miles away, this has led to the strong footing that the club currently enjoys.

In 2006 the clubman of the year was Oliver Reynolds who received the Chairman's Cup.  The Taylor Cup (Donated in 2006 by Mr & Mrs Pat Taylor) was awarded to the most improved player - Andrew Covey and the Sunday Player of the Year was Rob Wilson.
